Deposit will be mandatory at the time of reservation and at least 24 hours before the tour.

The deposit amount can be negotiable and will be supplied by our agent.

If you are cancelling you tour more than 48 hours before, the full deposit will be returned.

If you cancel the tour 48 hours or less due to illness, you will only get a refund of your deposit if you provide us with proof in the form of a signed doctors note or document to show you were admitted to hospital.
